1. Services Provided

AI Spark Careers provides professional resume writing, ATS optimization, cover letter creation, LinkedIn profile guidance, interview preparation materials, career recommendations, and related career support services.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders must be paid in full before work begins. Payments are securely processed through approved payment providers, including Flutterwave and Paystack.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information regarding their qualifications, employment history, education, certifications, and skills.

4. Revision Policy

Basic Package: One (1) revision round. Professional Package: Unlimited revisions within 14 days. Premium Package: Unlimited revisions within 30 days.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services, all sales are generally final. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or job application results.

6. Career Results Disclaimer

While our services increase competitiveness, employment decisions are made by employers. We cannot guarantee interviews or job offers.
